Shipping & Returns


Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, excluding holidays. Most orders will be shipped standard ground shipping via USPS. Please be sure all shipping information is correct when placing your order. At this time, we only ship within the United States.


Our brand is our livelihood and we strive to bring you amazing quality + value. If you do not love our products as much as we do (and we sure hope you do) then you may return or exchange unused, unworn, unwashed and clean items within 7 days of arrival for a full refund. Under garments, Health and Beauty and Sale items are considered FINAL SALE.


  1. Email with your order number, whether you are requesting a return or an exchange, and other relevant information such as new size needed.
  2. Once you have received authorization, you will need to return the item(s) to:

  • The return must be post marked within 7 days of original receipt.
  • Include a copy of the email from Suburban Cloth containing the details of the transaction so we can get it right.


  1. Once your item is received, we will initiate the refund or exchange. Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take up to 5-7 business days to see the refund in your account. 

Suburban Cloth is not liable for any items lost in transit. Please make sure to save your tracking number.
